Frequently Asked Question

Choose from our available homes and enquire via our online form.
You will need to provide a deposit in order to rent a home with us. The deposit amount is provided on the listing. Zero deposit options are also available on some homes.
Once you have attended the viewing (which can be physical or virtual) you’ll fill out the application form. We’ll then send you an offer letter and you can pay the reservation payment to reserve your new home.
For professional tenants we will check your credit, previous landlord, and source of income. No problem, if you were living with parents before you moved in, we get this a lot. For student tenants we’ll check your student ID and your guarantor’s credit.
Due to the different lifestyles we avoid mixing working professionals with students in shared houses. On some occasions we allow mature students to live in professional houses.

Maintenance

Please report any maintenance issues to us by email or using the contact form below. A brief description will be needed and photos are always helpful too.
