Contact us for a free rental valuation. We’ll promptly visit your property (or assess the details you provide) and determine a fair guaranteed rent for it. Our offer is typically at or near market rate, providing you with a competitive income for your area.

 

We’ll explain all terms clearly, including the lease length (usually 3–5 years) and any preparation needed. You’ll know exactly how much rent you’ll receive each month from day one.

Lease Agreement

Once you’re happy with the offer, we sign a lease agreement guaranteeing your monthly rent. From this point, we effectively become your tenant. Your payments begin immediately upon signing the contract (no waiting for a sub-tenant to move in) and are due on the same day each month thereafter.

 

We set a fixed start date for rent payments, so you can mark your calendar and count on that income every month. There’s genuinely no delay and no uncertainty about when or how much you’ll be paid.

Leave the property management to us. We handle any necessary preparations, refurbishments, or safety checks to get your property ready for tenants. (For longer-term agreements, we can even contribute to or cover refurbishment costs to enhance your property’s condition.)
